NoVirusThanks File Governor - позволяет снимать блокировку с файлов и директорий без перезагрузки ПК, в том случае, если при попытке операции с ними появляется предупреждение "Используется другим пользователем или программой" или "Доступ запрещен". Приложение может интегрироваться в контекстное меню Проводника Windows.
С помощью данной утилиты возможен поиск заблокированных файлов и папок и разблокировка всех найденных. Для того чтобы сделать объекты на жестком диске доступными для изменения, NoVirusThanks File Governor может завершать процессы и выгружать из памяти динамические библиотеки (DLL).
Помогает снять блокировку, когда:
• Не удается удалить папку: "Используется другим пользователем или программой"
• Не удается удалить файл: "Доступ запрещен"
• Файл используется другой программой или пользователем
Возможности File Governor:

NoVirusThanks File Governor is an advanced program which allows for files and folders within the system to be unlocked so that normal file I/O operations can be completed when normally they would not be able to be due to operating system restrictions for files currently in use. Once a file or folder is unlocked you will be able to force-close the files handle, rename, delete, etc.
