Компания Maplesoft объявила о новом релизе своей известной системы технических вычислений Maple 18 для инженеров, математиков и исследователей. В пакете Maple 18 компания Maplesoft предлагает еще больше вычислительных инструментов и обширный набор усовершенствований, помогающих в разработке конечных приложений. Пакет Maple 18 содержит множество улучшений в самых разных областях технических расчетов, расширяющих пределы знаний и потенциальные возможности среды Maple.
Среди новых функций можно выделить передовые инструменты решений для целого нового класса дифференциальных уравнений, крупные нововведения в решении систем уравнений, новые инструменты для обработки сигналов, расширенную поддержку физических и статистических моделей, динамических систем и многое другое.
Кроме того, разработчики сообщают о значительно повышенной производительности пакета за счет улучшений в часто вызываемых процедурах и алгоритмах, а также в низкоуровневом управлении памятью. Примером таких улучшений стал новый диспетчер памяти, который активно использует преимущества многоядерных и многопроцессорных систем. За счет новых технологий вычисления выполняются в среднем на 10% быстрее, а увеличение скорости вычислений с интенсивным использованием оперативной памяти достигает 50. Благодаря всем этим улучшениям пользователи Maple 18 смогут решать больше задач за меньшее время.
Хотя механизм расчетов является технологическим «сердцем» платформы Maple, компания Maplesoft считает важными все составляющие работы пользователя с продуктом: от первого знакомства с функциями до разработки мощных вычислительных приложений. Пакет Maple 18 предлагает серьезные улучшения в сфере разработки приложений, включая новый редактор кода, который еще больше облегчает написание самых сложных программ. Новый компонент для работы с видеозаписями Embedded Video Component помогает добавлять в приложения мультимедийный контент. • Signal Processing: The Signal Processing package, which features tools for frequency domain analysis, windowing, signal generation and analysis, has been expanded to include even more visualization and windowing functionality.
• Clickable Math: Maple 18 continues to deepen the support for Clickable Math learning and exploration, with new palettes, tutors, context-menus, and more.
• Quiz Generation: With the new Grading package, Maple 18 makes it easy to develop interactive, self-grading quizzes for your students so they can test themselves and get additional practice.
• Math Apps and The Mobius Project: As part of The Mobius Project, Maple 18 includes over 75 new Math Apps that can be used in the classroom to engage students, and easy access to many more
• One-Step App Creation: Maple 18 includes many significant updates to the Explore functionality, making one-step Math App creation much more powerful and flexible.
• Interactive Components: Maple 18 includes numerous improvements to interactive components for easier, more flexible application development.
