Скачать Intuit Quicken Home & Business 2015 R4 24.1.4.19
Популярная программа с интуитивно понятным интерфейсом, которая обьединяет в себе все необходимое для управления финансами физических лиц и очень малых предприятий. Изначально компания Intuit положила в основу Quicken знакомую графическую парадигму — чековую книжку. В Quicken Home & Business по-прежнему можно встретить образ чековой книжки, но теперь это лишь очень малая часть продукта, выросшего в исчерпывающую программу управления финансами. Компания Intuit действительно приложила немало усилий, чтобы сделать программу проще в использовании: например, удалены шероховатости из TurboTax и QuickBooks.
Новая версия подойдет не всем пользователям. Тем, кому не приходится нести груз забот о домашнем бизнесе, лучше выбрать Quicken Starter Edition, Deluxe for the Desktop или Quicken Online. Но если вы хотите увеличить сбережения и отслеживать инвестиции или домашние финансы наряду с управлением личными доходами и расходами, то Quicken Home & Business — наилучший выбор.
Банковские операции и управление счетами
• lexware Quicken Home and Business — отличная программа для управления счетами. Она позволяет формировать и отслеживать счета самых разных типов, в том числе чековые и сберегательные, состояние кредитных карт, инвестиции/пенсионные сбережения и кредитные. Конечно, ими можно управлять вручную, и в Quicken это просто.
• Для того чтобы сэкономить время, можно загрузить транзакции и оплачивать счета через Интернет, если финансовое учреждение позволяет это. С помощью функции One Step Update загружаются новые транзакции и отправляются платежи одним действием, что упрощает согласование счетов. В программе есть список финансовых учреждений, которые позволяют выполнять банковские операции и оплачивать счета в Интернете.
• Отдельные счета удобно обрабатывать на вкладке Bills. В окне Add Bill Reminder есть функции для регулярно поступающих счетов, каждый из которых можно определить, например, по получателю платежа, фиксированной или переменной сумме, методу учета и платежа, частоте поступления.
• В Quicken есть и более сложные функции, которые позволяют больше, нежели просто управлять доходами и расходами. Можно организовать и загружать биржевую информацию, отслеживая инвестиции и установив предупреждения. Для недорогого персонального пакета управления финансами Quicken располагает довольно развитыми возможностями отслеживания инвестиций — имеется, например, функция сравнительного анализа базовой стоимости с действительной ценностью портфеля.
• Если разделить доходы и транзакции на категории, то Quicken будет автоматически отслеживать облагаемые налогом доходы и расходы, которые легко просуммировать и экспортировать в TurboTax во время заполнения налоговой декларации. Категоризация — одна из самых полезных функций Quicken, позволяющая глубоко проанализировать расходы и сэкономить массу времени при подготовке к уплате налогов. А с помощью исчерпывающего инструмента планирования можно составить долгосрочный план, но прежде пользователю придется продумать, какие исходные данные для этого потребуются. Это хорошая функция, но в условиях нынешней экономической нестабильности трудно строить перспективные планы.
• Управление доходами и расходами предприятия соединено с управлением личными финансами его владельца. Можно подготовить счета-фактуры и задания и отделить бизнес-данные от личных с помощью тегов. Такое разделение позволяет отобрать информацию для отчетов и отслеживания налогов. Вероятно, этого достаточно для владельцев очень малых предприятий, но смешение деловых и личных данных может привести к путанице.
